L'assorbitore Comfort Catch è un anello rigido in gomma che si allunga sotto carico, offrendo un impatto graduale molto più confortevole rispetto al picco di assorbimento della corda dinamica da sola. Gli occhielli si agganciano a moschettoni con ghiera lasciando comunque spazio per un'imbrago limitatrice.
Disponibile in Compact (si abbina con imbrago da 60cm per 33cm [13 pollici] di escursione) o Plush (si abbina con imbrago da 90cm per 51cm [20 pollici] di escursione).
Ottimizzati con cura attraverso molte revisioni di geometria e materiali, questi assorbitori in gomma aggiungono comodità pronta all'uso al tuo assemblaggio assorbitore LRS abbinandosi alle imbragature limitatrici DPI di lunghezza standard. Abbiamo provato una dozzina di tipi di gomma ingegneristica, scelto quella con le migliori prestazioni in termini di elasticità e smorzamento, e ottimizzato la forma per un ingombro minimo. I got two of these but only use one on my system as per photo... Its such a nice catch.. I'm 63kg and two of them don't even stretch much when I fall so I'm good with one. I went with the back up fall arrester but just use rope now as it was too bulky to stick clip and the rope is more than enough. Wouldn't leadsolo without this product.
Great stuff
Used for lead sport and trad rope solo. Havent taken a fall on them yet, but after watching avant and hownot2 vids im sure my body will appreciate the set up when I finally whip.
I threw a hair tie on it to keep it tidy

So comforting to know that a low-altitude fall on a rigid ground-anchor won’t strain gear more than necessary. I climb more freely knowing it’s built into my LRS system!
Molt bones sensacions sobretot a les 4-5 primeres assegurances. Jo peso uns 70-71 kg i utilitzo dues gomes.

Very happy with it — easy to set up and provided extra reassurance and comfort when falling onto the lower bolts.
I’m enjoying the comfort these give me in relation to falling close to the anchor, I’ve wanted to try a bungee before but never found the time to try and make one. Im so happy that Avant has taken that time for me and created this cool product. The build quality is up there with the other Avant products I’ve purchased and the delivery, packaging and communication were excellent also 🙂👍.
I took 2 hard LRS falls just above the first bolt and they were NOT fun! So I was very excited when Avant came out with the comfort catch absorber (I own all the LRS/TRS related products and they make my solo escapades a lot more safer and enjoyable). Got to play with it today, and I recommend it wholeheartedly, it is very streamlined, and seems to work great for my weight
Great Invention! For my weight (75 naked) i find 2 are still quite hard on the first 4 bolts and one is to soft. When i fell on a single one it gave me a nice catch but it streched a lot and took a long time to shrink again, so i got a bit scared to damaged it if using one alone. Definitly worth for my 15m home crack routes but i think i wouldn't bring them on a multipitch, also not the short ones. (But i climb multipiches way below my singepitch grade)
great product! used it for LRS, and now its part of my gear. gonna climb better knowing that I have more protection if I fall.

Just what i needed
Good concept and effective if you are not intimo free diving..A Speargun rubber band of the right thickness tied in between a slack section of rope by 2 Alpine butterfly knots will give similar results easily reducing 25kg or more from the shock load before rope gets tight.

i have a question. how do you stickclip the steel biner with the bungees attached to it ? seems like it wouldn't fit in the superclip rescue

Amazing gear, essential I’d say, for lead rope solo climbing.
